Client Data

The completed 'Client Interview Checklists’ and draft ceremonies are retained in hard copy in a secure locked filing cabinet only until the ceremony has taken place when they are destroyed.

Contracts, signed by you the client, are retained in a hard copy in a secure locked filing cabinet.

Personal information will not be shared with any other persons or organisations other than those involved in the ceremony.

Stored contact details may be used for the following:

To confirm / arrange future bookings via email/text/messenger
To send Invoices via email
To update clients on courses, workshops, special offers if they have opted to receive the Pathfinder Holistic Healing newsletter.

Clients can choose to receive email newsletters and updates from Pathfinder Holistic Healing. Consent is given on the Client Intake Form or by email.

Clients choosing not to receive the newsletter will not be contacted other than to confirm appointments, send invoices, answer enquiries or queries.

Clients have the right to opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time.

Electronic copies of ceremonies shall be kept for at least 7 years following the ceremony.

Accessing your own Data

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal Data held by Pathfinder Holistic Healing (where such Data is held).

Changes to this privacy policy

Pathfinder Holistic Healing reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law.
